Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?
Yes, Colorado requires landlords to accept section 8, however all other tenant qualifications must be met including credit score, background check, etc. -
Are you licensed?

Can I reach you after hours?
We have a 24 hour call center for all emergency calls. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
As your property manager, we will sign the lease on your behalf. -
Do you sell real estate too?
We want to be the best property management company we can be, so that is all we do! We are happy to refer you to a real estate agent for sales, and we are happy to work with your agent to analyze investment opportunities. -
How and when do I get my checks?
That is your choice! We can ACH the money directly into your account, or we can mail you a check. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
We strive to get new tenants into a 12 month lease unless we feel like a 12 month lease is not in your best interest. Additionally, once we have experience with a specific tenant we love offering longer leases as well. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
Standard security deposit is 1 months rent. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
How fast can you get us everything we need? -
What type of properties do you manage?
We manage single family, multifamily and light commercial properties.
