Can you hold a place before I apply?
We are so glad you found a place you like! Unfortunately we cannot hold any places before we receive an application. Once the application is received is it processed and if you meet the qualifications you can pay your security deposit to hold the place. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
You will pay your security deposit and the first months rent to hold the place. -
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes! Our goal is to return your security deposit in full. The deposit will be used to pay for any work needed to return the rental to the condition it was given to you. If everything is in the same condition, aside from typical wear and tear, then you will receive your deposit back. -
How do I pay rent?

My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
We are sorry to see you go! On your tenant portal there is an option to submit a move out notice. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
The landlord is responsible for repairs and maintenance unless the issue is a result of misuse by the tenant.
